Mixed Berry Protein Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

1 very ripe banana, frozen
1/4 cup [gf] oats
1/2 cup plant based milk
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries
1 scoop plant based vanilla protein powder
1 scoop @bareorganicssuperfoods ground flax 

Toppings

plumcot
strawberries
coconut 



Directions

1. Chill your bowl in the freezer ready for serving. 

2. Add all your ingredients to a high speed blender. 

3. Start on low and work up to high, scraping down the edges if needed. 

4. Once your smoothie is silky smooth, spoon contents into your chilled bowl and add toppings. Enjoy!
