1 1/2 cups BareOrganics Coconut Milk Powder
1 cup warm water
1 tbsp BareOrganics Coconut Palm Sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
- Mix coconut milk powder and water until it reaches a creamy consistency.
- Place in refrigerator and freeze overnight.
- Place coconut cream mixture in a bowl. Using a whisk or mixer, whip the cream until it reaches desired consistency, usually light and fluffy.
- Mix in coconut palm sugar and vanilla extract.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dessert.
