1 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
1 large avocado, pureed
4 tbsps. lime juice
½ tsp.cayenne powder
1 tsp. BareOrganics Marine Greens Immunity Powder
½ cup Greek yogurt
1 chipotle pepper soaked in adobo, pureed
1. Puree the avocado and chipotle pepper in a blender or food processor until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture and all remaining ingredients into a medium sized bowl.
3. Whisk until well combined, add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Drizzle over your favorite salads. Store any leftovers in the fridge.
