Superfood Green Smoothie with Ashwagandha and Chia Seeds

Ingredients

2 cups fresh baby spinach
2 cups fresh kale
2 ribs celery
1 green apple
1/2 cucumber
1 frozen banana
1-2 cups vanilla unsweetened almond milk
2 cups coconut water
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon BareOrganics Chia Seeds
1/2 tablespoon BareOrganics Ashwagandha Root Powder
Sweetener, to taste 

Directions

Throw all ingredients into a large blender & thoroughly blend. Store in mason jars & drink through the day or take with you on the go!
