Protein Packed Energy Bites

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup hemp seeds
1/2 cup peanut butter, creamy
1/3 cup pure maple sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp BareOrganics Mushroom Immune Blend
1/2 tsp salt


Directions

1. Mix all of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl, until well combined

2. Measure the mixture with a cookie scoop to maintain all balls equally sized and form a smooth ball with your hands. Repeat this process until mixture is finished.
