¾ cup softened coconut oil
¾ cup coconut sugar
3 Tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp water
2 cups gluten free old fashioned oats
1. In a large bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients.
2. Roll into bite-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined tray. Then, place in fridge to set for at least 30 minutes.
