1/2 cup BareOrganics Coconut Oil
8 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
3 large eggs
1 1/4 teaspoon stevia drops or sweetener of choice
1 1/4 teaspoon monk fruit liquid extract
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup BareOrganics Cacao Powder
1 tablespoon BareOrganics Psyllium Husk Powder
1/4 teaspoon salt preferably sea salt
- Mix coconut oil and unsweetened baking chocolate in a bowl and microwave until oil is thoroughly melted.
- Add in the eggs, stevia, monk fruit, and vanilla extract to melted mixture. Whisk ingredients together until smooth.
- Stir in unsweetened cocoa, psyllium husks, and salt.
- Pour batter onto greased or lined 8x8 baking pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Let brownies cool before eating.
