1/3 cup @bareorganicssuperfoods chia seeds
1 1/4 cup nut milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl and cover with a lid. Place in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour, remove stir really well and serve with your favorite toppings like fresh fruit, goji berries, or cacao nibs.
Chia pudding is best stored in an airtight container and enjoyed within 1 week.
