Add to a saucepan:
1/2 cup rolled oats (gf)
1 tablespoon @bareorganicssuperfoods chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon he shou wu and cordyceps (or other mushroom/adaptogens of your choice)
1 tsp date syrup (sweet and full of flavor but lower glycemic load)
Enough water to cover
Heat on medium until bubbling, then lower and add a splash of plant milk, stirring frequently until you reach desired consistency.
Pour into a bowl and top with your fav fruit and a drizzle of date syrup.
