1 tbsp. BareOrganics Sweet Cacao Nibs
1/2 tbsp. BareOrganics Coconut Oil
Pinch of cinnamon
- In a bowl, mash and mix the banana and eggs until smooth.
- Stir in the cacao nibs and cinnamon.
- Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Pour a portion of pancake mixture into the skillet. Heat until surface starts to bubble, then flip.
- Continue to heat until pancake is golden brown on both sides, and remove from skillet.
- Repeat cooking until pancake mixture has been used entirely.
