Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients

Dry:
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 tsp. BareOrganics Mushroom Immune Blend
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Wet:
2 ripe bananas
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla pinch of salt

Directions

1. Mix the wet and dry ingredients into two separate bowls.
2. Add the dry ingredients into the wet little by little.
3. Pour the mixture into a bread mold, donut pan or muffin tin (makes around 6 large).
4. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
