- 1 cup gf oats
- 1 cup plantbased milk
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbs vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- coconut chips
- @bareorganicssuperfoods ground flax
- pineapple (sub for papaya or mango)
IN A POT add your oats, plant based milks and cinnamon and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 mins. Stirring continuously.
Once cooked. Remove from heat and stir in your protein powder and mashed banana. For a looser consistency add a splash of extra milk.
THEN spoon into your coco bowl and top with your pineapple, coconut and flax!
