1 cup gf oats
1 cup water
1 cup plantbased milk
1/2 cup BareOrganics Coconut Milk Powder
3/4 cup mango puréed
1/4 tsp vanilla
2 tbs date syrup (or sweetener of choice)
1/4 tsp lime rind, grated
1 tbs nut butter of choice
1. In a pot, combine the water, milk, and coconut milk powder. Whisk to combine.
2. Then add your oats and vanilla and bring to the boil. Immediately lower heat and simmer for 5 mins or so.
3. Remove from heat. Stir through your date syrup, lime rind and mango purée.
4. Add to your bowl and top with your garden toppings and nut butter.
