1-12oz package Broccoli slaw (carrots /broccoli)
1/4 c pine nuts
1/4 c BareOrganics Goji Berries
1/2 c avocado mayo
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp monk fruit
Salt & pepper, to taste
1. Add broccoli slaw, pine nuts & goji berries to a large bowl & mix well.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, apple cider vinegar, monk fruit, salt & pepper.
3. Pour dressing over broccoli slaw, mix & enjoy!
