Spirulina and Goji Berry Bites

Ingredients

These BareOrganics Spirulina and Goji berry bites pack a powerful health boosting punch! The Goji berries are an excellent source of vitamin C which improves the immune system in several ways and spirulina contains powerful antioxidant and anti-Inflammatory properties.||

1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
3 Tbsp. goji berries
2 tsp. spirulina powder
2 Tbsp coconut oil
¼ cup maple syrup

Directions

In food processor, pulse pumpkin seeds and shredded coconut until pumpkin seeds are mostly broken down.

Add remaining ingredients and continues to pulse until batter sticks together.

Scoop mixture out by the tablespoon.

Store in fridge for a few day or in the freezer for a few months.
