3 tbsp BareOrganics Shiitake Mushroom Powder
3 tbsp kosher salt
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbs sugar (or sugar alternative)
- Mix all ingredients in a jar or container.
- Seal jar or container and shake to further mix.
- Use as a dry rub for lean meats, fish, veggies and more.
- Store leftover rub mix in a dry, cool area.
