Seascape Oats

Ingredients

1/2 cup oats
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbs blue spirulina powder
1 small banana, mashed
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbs peanut butter or almond butter

Toppings

BareOrganics ground flaxseed
slivered almonds
coconut 



Directions

1. In a pot add your oats, cinnamon and almond milk. Bring to a boil and lower heat. Simmer for 5 mins or until oats are fully cooked. 

2. Remove from heat and add your protein shake or powder (if using powder add a splash of extra milk) your peanut butter and spirulina. Stir till thoroughly combined. Spoon into your bowl, top with the flax, almonds and coconut and top with extra milk. ENJOY!
