Half Baked PB Oreo Protein Cookies with Coconut Sugar

Ingredients

High protein, vegan options, completely free of flour and happened by air fryer baking!

1 c Cashew Butter
1/2 c Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/3 c @bareorganicssuperfoods Coconut Sugar
2 Eggs or 1/3 c Mashed Banana
3-5 Oreos, crushed

Directions

Mix all ingredients together.

Scoop dough into 2 tbsp sized balls and place on a sheet of foil.

Bake at 350 in the air fryer for 5-7 min until edges are lightly golden and crispy.

Allow cookies to cool slightly and enjoy warm!
