1 1/2 cup strong green tea, cooled
3 cups heavy cream
3/4 cup monk fruit (1:1 sugar ratio)
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
Mix all of your ingredients until sugar is completely dissolved. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. With an ice cream maker, churn your mixture for 20 minutes or according to manufacturer's instructions. Let it come at room temperature for 10 minutes before eating, and enjoy!
