Strong, brewed green tea, which will give this ice cream its flavor.
Heavy cream, will help give the creamy texture.
Monk fruit or sugar alternative (1:1 sugar ratio), to sweeten the ice cream without any white sugar.
Vanilla extract, will enhance aroma and flavor.
Salt, to help enhance sweetness and flavors.
- 1 1/2 C strong green tea, cooled
- 3 C heavy cream
- 3/4 C monk fruit (1:1 sugar ratio)
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
Mix all of your ingredients until sugar is completely dissolved. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. With an ice cream maker, churn your mixture for 20 minutes or according to manufacturer's instructions. Let it come at room temperature for 10 minutes before eating, and enjoy!
