2 cups of preferred milk
1 1/4 tsp turmeric (BareOrganics organic turmeric powder)
1/4 tsp ginger
1 stick cinnamon
A pinch of ground pepper
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
2-3 tbsp organic honey
1. Add ingredients to a small sauce pan.
2. One pinch of nuts and seeds powder while boiling the milk and also added a pinch for garnish.
3. Place over medium high heat and warm for 7 minutes, keep whisking.
4. Adjust the sweetness and flavors according to your taste.
