Eggless Chocolate Brownie with Whipped cream, strawberries and Black Coffee

Ingredients

2 tbsp. ground flaxseed
6 tbsp. brewed coffee or water
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup sugar
6 tbsp. butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions

Eggless Chocolate Brownie with Whipped cream, strawberries and Black Coffee.

1. Combine ground flaxseed with brewed coffee and let it sit for 10 minutes, to form a gel.
2. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
3. Line pan with parchment paper
4. melt chocolate chips
5. In a large mixing bowl, add butter and sugar, and whisk well.
6. Add flaxseed mixture, melted chocolate, vanilla, and almond extract, and mix well
7. Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder and combine
8. Transfer brownie batter into the lined pan.
9. Bake brownies for 30-35 minutes.
10. Remove brownies from the oven and let cool completely, before slicing into pieces. served with freshly made whipping cream and black coffee.
