2-3 slices (per person) of gluten free cinnamon raisin bread soaked in a mixture of:
1/2 cup plant milk
1 tbs BareOrganics Chia Seeds (ground)
1 tbs date syrup
Optional: 1/2 ripe banana mashed
1. Allow mixture to sit for 5 minutes then coat your bread and fry on vegan butter until golden and the flip.
2. While the mixture is resting, slice a pear and add to a frying pan with a teaspoon of vegan butter. Drizzle with date or maple syrup to encourage caramelization.
3. Plate and add a dollop of vegan yogurt and a drizzle of your favorite syrup.
