3 tbsp ground @bareorganicssuperfoods flax seeds
6 tbsp water
1/3 cup molasses
1/3 cup @bareorganicssuperfoods coconut sugar
1 12 cups almond flour
12 cup tapioca flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
12 tsp baking soda
14 tsp salt
14 tsp pure vanilla extract pinch of nutmeg
12 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8x8 inch baking dish, or line with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix ground flax seeds and water and set aside for 3 minutes to create flax eggs.
In a large bowl, mix together all other ingredients, except chocolate chips. Add in flax egg.
Fold in chocolate chips and pour into baking dish.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
