1 frozen banana + 1/2 fresh
1 cup frozen cauliflower (TIP: I like to lightly steam my cauliflower, cut into pieces & freeze. Already cut or riced cauliflower is becoming more widely available.)
About 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
1/2 frozen sumo citrus tangerines
1 frozen mandarin orange with skin left on
1 tsp each vanilla extract, cinnamon, cardamom
3 Tbsp @bareorganicssuperfoods cacao powder
I added 1 scoop of Protein Chocolate Maca
1/2-3/4 cup walnut milk
Topped with sliced banana, Hemp Yeah Dark Chocolate granola, golden berries, sweet & tart red currants
