Combine 2½ cups banana flour, ⅔ cup @bareorganicssuperfoods cacao powder, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, mash 3 ripe bananas, then add 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, ½ cup avocado oil, and 2 whisked eggs.
Combine dry and wet ingredients.
Fold ¼ cup sliced dried figs and ½ cup chopped walnuts into the batter.
Spoon the batter into a 8x8 pan.
Bake at 350F for 45 min. Once cooled, pour ¼ cup chocolate ganache (cacao powder + evoo) over the cake, and top with fresh figs and chopped walnuts.
