Chia Seed Parfait with Cacao, Beet, Maca and Ginger Root

Ingredients

2 teaspoons @bareorganicssuperfoods Energy & Stamina Blend diluted in 1/4 Cup water 

3 Tablespoons pure maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 Cup @bareorganicssuperfoods Chia Seeds

1/2 Cup natural yogurt 

1/4 Cup berries

Directions

1. Mix Energy & Stamina blend, maple syrup and vanilla extract with chia seeds, until well combined. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. 

2. Scoop a layer of chia seeds in a glass, then add a layer of yogurt and top with mixed berries. Enjoy!
