- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup smooth vanilla elite protein shake OR 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbs blue spirulina powder
- 1 small banana, mashed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbs nut butter
- @bareorganicssuperfoods ground FLAX
- slivered almonds
IN A pot add your oats, cinnamon and almond milk. Bring to a boil and lower heat. Simmer for 5 mins or until oats are fully cooked.
Remove from heat and add your protein shake or powder (if using powder add a splash of extra milk) your mashed banana nut butter and spirulina. Stir till thoroughly combined. Spoon into your bowl, top with the flax, almonds and coconut and top with extra milk. ENJOY!
