Beauty & Greens Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

1 banana, frozen
3/4 cup coconut yogurt
1/2 an avocado
1/4 cup oats
3/4 cup grasshopper green juice (sub for plantbased milk or even pineapple juice)
1 cup mango, frozen
handful of spinach
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
1 scoop BareOrganics Ground Flaxseed

Toppings

hemp hearts
banana
coconut 

Directions

1. First, chill your bowl ready for serving. This keeps this smoothie nice and chilled before you eat 

2. Then into your blender simply add all your smoothie ingredients and blend until silky smooth. 

3. Add to your bowl and top with all those yummy toppings and enjoy!
