Apple Cinnamon Coffee Mug Cake

Ingredients

Nothing beats a breakfast that involves coffee and cinnamon smells on a cool fall morning! Made in minutes, full of energy and completely vegan friendly.

1/4 c Oats
1/4 c Apple Sauce, unsweetened
2-3 tbsp BareOrganics Energizing Coffee
1 tbsp Flour, gluten free
1 tbsp Nut butter
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions

1. In a small bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients.

2. Stir in apple sauce, coffee and nut butter.

3. Pour it into a lightly sprayed ramekin or mug. 

4.Cook in the microwave for 60-90 seconds. 

5. Top with a glaze if desired!
